Not a lot, only sorting out over 3,000 photos for a friend who's just returned from travelling and she wants a lot of them put onto discs,
she manages our pub, I told her I'll run the pub -do your own photos,(only joking).

Sat outside last night having a drink or two with neighbours.

Then the fairy's came.Hundreds of ladies dressed up and doing a sponsered walk for the hospice. It is called the solstice walk and is done at night ,9 miles in all. This is the first I had heard of it and I was so impressed, allyoung and old striding out.The cathedral was lit up last night in their honour and to help them on their way round our area as it is very dark round here at night.

The pics are dissapointing ,fraid my camera phone not up to the job but it gives you a flavour of it all.

Denise

Reminds me a little of Balsall Heath, if you sat outside your house there at night the fairy's used to come out all dressed up. But they didn't have sponsored walks on their mind. They were usually on their way to some gay haunt.

Today I re-levelled the slabs in our entry. Not finished them all but I've had quite enough. I think I will suffer for it tomorrow.
Talking of slabs, is it my imagination or has Phil's avatar picture changed while he isn't here?

Phil's Avatar changes automatically, he has a library of 23000 of them loaded in.

Well sprained my ankle yesterday but happy to say it does feel a lot better today.

The poor old dogs had to wait for Jim to come home last night before they had their walk but think I will be ok to do it today if I go steady.

Denise, it probably isn't a good idea to walk on it too much it until it is stronger, you will just cause more inflammation and drag out healing process.

Good Morning, from sunny downtown Brightonville, still very warm and sunny here, even now, a few clouds but not much to frighten the day trippers away, and the 1,000's of foreign students walking around with their Brighton quiz forms trying to pick out a local to ask them a question.
Another day of not doing much for me apart from supervising 2 new girls we have at the pub.
