thanks for the kind words, you will never hear me complain about the uk, there are lots of things i miss,

mostly my family who mostly live around the edges of brum and around oxford.

i miss the pubs, i miss the pub games, i miss the pretty countryside, but I love the sun, from home is a five minute walk to the beach, I very rarely a long sleve shirt, only for special meetings to hide the tattoo of a ship, never wear a tie, I own one overcoat which I purchased for my trip to the uk,

but i left school at 14, im as thick as a brick the only exams i past I did at age 28, radio toi get my amateur radio licence and radio production to teach radio production at collage level. but OZ has been good to me so cant complain, but even though I lived here since 1973 I have paid my National Insurance every april, paid the last one last year


I have thought many times of returning in fact nearly did after getting divorced, but there is one thing that stops me the weather.

I have considered buying a flat in the Uk and base myself there in your summer and here in our summer, but my australian wife wont hear of it so as u know thats the end of that.
