My wife tried a new recipe for mince pies a mary berry one ,it was rubbish she made some to her recipe a lot better.We put the rubbish ones on the bird table ,even they would;nt eat them.

Think it was because the pastry was like concrete on the top and had a soggy bottom .
Must go now my wife just presented me with a glass of baileys saying supper will be ten minutes,enjoy the rest of your evening see you all next year. regards jo
