The best thing about this 2 and 1/2 hour of crap was the breaks for the adverts. The 3 cheers at the end wasn't for the prince it was thank god the shows finished

I did not realise the royal variety performance was on (yet again). I can't understand why anyone would want to watch it unless they were a masochist. I don't think the Queen has visited it for years. Hopefully it will soon just visited by the corgis, though I suppose the RSPCA could then be called in. I see on checking that this year it was Camellia - almost a corgi
