I read some time back that he had been told that his leg had to come off due to gangrene, brought on no doubt due to diabetes. He refused to let them take it off. I think it was all downhill from that point. I have to be honest, I wasn't a fan of his or his work.

I am looking forward to watching the Great British Bake Off with the celebs tonight.I used to be a pretty good baker from bread to cakes but must admit to not being bothered since the kids left home.

well ive nearly gone ass over tip a couple of time today..the pavements and side roads round here are lethal...

Good morning everyone. I suggest anyone going outside anytime soon should be very careful.
There has been a light dusting of snow here overnight, it's very cold the snow on the pavement is frozen and the roads are lethal, all traffic is crawling at the moment.

Can anybody recommend a good seasonal touring caravan site that will accept a 28ft tourer (inc towbar) and extendable on the side. for the season with winter storage that will allow the removal and resiting of the caravan on occasions throughout the season. The site must have decent facilities for children and adults and must allow awnings.

Good morning everyone. Been snowing all night here although rather fine. Not so fine now snowing quite heavy at the moment and the wind is blowing it sideways not quite a blizzrad. But more than enought

snowing heavy here...main roads are ok but its getting to them thats the problem..pavements lethal...cleared the steps..entry and outside the back and front door now..

It's certainly chucking it down here at the moment and I've got to go out soon. I'll take my snow shoes with me.
