john dont understand the technics its only what i have picked up over time have been advised... the dimentions of my pics are about 600x450 if are too big i scale them down to 40x40 somethings...much better to see the whole of a pic and not have to pan around as i just lose interest and usually dont bother...

dont worry about it froth..the bridge pic can easily be deleted by phil i would imagine...hope you join in the photo competition we have each week..as you can gather the winner gets to choose the next theme..guess i best go and find some churches then...

Cloudy but dry and as the windows are not rattleing I presume the wind has dropped.

The bells are ringing and service will start any moment now,a big big for me,I prefer the smaller numbers at Evensong.

Last night the festival finished with a huge firework display in the local park,only over the road,would have loved to have gone but we have to stay in with the dogs.Gill collie is very frightened of them and when the first bang went off she jumped onto Jims lap and stayed there till the end.She trembles and the look on her face is a sad sight.

They sounded great but never mind...............

hope the festival was a huge success denise and i know what you mean about fireworks and pets..ive got 4 cats of my own and they are petrified of the fireworks..it was not so bad back in the days when fireworks were more or less only lit on the 5th of november but these days they are going off at least a month before and for some time after...

Lyn the average photo size based on a 35mm format is 4000 x3000, I just knock it down to 800x600,landscape or 600x400 portrait, which suits most web sites.
