I like Tunbridge Wells its a pretty little town, reminds me a lot of Leamington Spa and Cheltenham. Mind I suppose all these Regency towns are very similar. I agree with you about Gloucester as well. I love the docks area with all the antique shops and craft workshops.
We used to deal with a firm in the dock area that made concrete moulds for slabs & walling. I used to call there to collect new moulds occasionally and I always took a walk around and made a day of it.

Signman,
Nice photo's of TW. Interesting to see that despite the unmistakeable cycle rack some twerp still manages to chain their bike the "wrong" way round.
Incidentally, I personally like to view photo's at max res so I can zoom in and inspect various details, this sort of activity can amuse me for hours. I don't know how others feel about full size images but I get the impression that many of the photo's posted here at BT are reduced in size before uploading.
Regarding Gloucester Docks, is that where the packaging museum is?
I remember visiting one in that area, I presume it was when we were at the docks.

Yes VM, that is where the packaging museum is.
I always reduce my photos to 800x600 as this is the size acceptable by most forums.
