Morning all, Denise you should have had a cd with your phone, but it doesn't matter, go to this link and download it, this will enable you to connect your phone to the pc and download your photos and other phone applications, this is on the cd which you should have had. http://www.nokia.co.uk/support/download-software/pc-suites
