Hi Denise
Hows tricks, yes we seem to be having a quiet patch at the moment. I suppose all forums suffer from the doldrums now and again.

No good asking most of us Denise, SB is probably the only one with a phone vaguely similar to yours.

What you have to do with all this new technology, is ask a grandchild to show you how it works. My 10 year old grandson showed me how to use a function on my TV the other day that I never even knew existed. Whats more (Don't tell him) I wouldn't know how to repeat it today.

Yes I am slowly coming to grips with this phone but it seems so complicated after my last one.
You have to gently stroke it and talk nice to it LOL
The phone matters to me as I love my pics but I may put the free sim in the old phone that can be used as PAYG and use that for my piccies if help does not arrive soon.
Will have to tempt youngest son over with offers of a roastie lol
What Phone have you got Den ?

Nokia 5230
I have plugged in the lead and clicked PC suite and normally up come Adobe to load the pics, after a short time it says adobe must stop because of a fault grrrr
If you have a memory card, insert it into your computer.
Open it up as a folder.
Open your picture folder.
Copy and paste your pictures into your phone card. Click save.
Put card back into phone. Open up picture file on Phone to view your pictures.
Do this in reverse to take them off your phone.
If you have the phones USB lead it's just as easy.

Yes I am using a lead, not a card, use a card for my big camera though.
How do I open it up as a folder please?
If you plug your lead into the camera first, turn it on. It should open up on the screen automatically. Then you should get a menu come up onto the screen. On of the commands should say open up folder to view files. Click this command. Folder should open up.

I know less than nothing about these things, but did you get a CD disk with your phone?

Thats the extent of my knowledge then, I'm lucky I suppose my PC is set up so whatever I plug into it loads automatically and I just have to follow on screen instructions.
Volty may be able to give you some advice if he comes on.
