Didn't even bother to put it away last night, so I'm all set. Just need food.

Pork steaks, if they have defrosted. Else just roast potatoes.

It's all under control Astoness. Tin of toms reducing slowly, taters and chunky carrots roasting with some unpeeled garlic cloves, Potato saucepan oiled and seasoned ready to flash the steaks before they go in the oven. VAT in my glass Just been watching some cookery program on TV and I can't believe what I am seeing. The cooks are eating most of the food as they taste it. When they finally serve it up there isn't anything on the plate. A mouthful is cleverly arranged to fill a plate, bound to be some Jus involved somewhere along the way, not to mention all the chef spit. VM
