Just out of interest can anyone tell me why we all call it a Cubby hole and What is a Cubby?.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.http://brummiestalking.org.uk/

All I can suggest is :Possibly from the term "cub" in old english related to "stall, pen, cattle shed, coop, hutch".
