Lyn I was only trying to say how the age prceptive years and the modern autocratic society Comodious and cosmopolitan scociety have worked together to make you as young fit and dynamic as you appear to the world today, that's all.

Yes thanks I had a good days eating today starting with Cheese and bacon on toast at 06am then at one oclock this afternoon I managed Pasta Shells with barbequed chicken and chopped mixed peppers (very tasty) and finishing off at 5 oClock with Fish Chips and mushy peas. Do you know I couldn't eat another thing.
