I don't know actually.
For the second day I have something in my chest that impedes my swallowing, I might have to go to the quack.
My problem with that is that if it is serious I will be dead before they see me let alone find out what's wrong, and if it isn't serious it will go away on its own.

Thank you Astoness.
SB might be right but according to the NHS website drink could also be the cause.
Either way I shall be on the wagon for a while.
