As I said I sleep very well, I am what's called a short sleeper. Even as a child I would be out playing at 7 in the morning. we all only have so much time on this planet. Idling my time away in bed waiting for my coffin is not on the agenda. If I had woken up two hours later today I wouldn't sleep tonight. Some people go to bed later and watch TV all night or sit chatting on the computer, I prefer to be up in the morning and enjoy my life.

I'm a short sleeper all 5 ft 4 inches of me.

very much how i am SB...i do all of those things but thats because im so very very good at multi tasking

Ah yes multitasking, that will be when one is sleepwalking with a cup of tea in one hand and a paintbrush in another, with headphones on listening to radio two.

my dad had two sayings, dont sleep your life away and drinking at at night is ok drinking in the day is for drunks

i think it must have rubbed off, I go to bed around 12 and go to sleep at 2 or 3 then up at 8am and I find it hard to drink in before tea time unless im out to lunch
