morning all

take care phil and everyone, this virus that is going around is nasty. it starts off with aches all over then it 'gets you' and you are immobilsed for some time. most of my family have had it i missed it but will expect to get it soon, another virus one of the sinus types got me for about three weeks.
so glad not having to go to work, done my bit

afternoon all..steph i had a virus a couple of months back...took me a month to shake it off..got a bit of a cold now but nothing i cant handle...packed all the xmas decs away and given the house a good bottoming as they used to say...more or less back to normal now... [Big Smile]

How do you tell if you are coming down with this virus, when aching all over is a normal part of daily life?

Excellent idea.
You realise , though SB, that we are now on a list at MI5 of people who hate Cameron ( it has 45million people on it and takes up 10Gb of data space)

I don't hate Cameron, just every expenses thieving scumbag in the commons who was or wasnt caught, or was or wasn't punished and every tight lipped flea bag who knew what was going on and kept their (More than my jobs worth) Gobs shut. so I would think that is the majority of them. Also the ones who didn't do it but knew it went on were just as bad. Now who can tell me I am wrong.
