No Denise and Frothy, I most certainly do not.
I was forced to watch 10 minutes of screaming and whooping last night before I left the room.
The talentless jerks known as the contestants did not warrant the excessive applause of the brain dead audience and the judges need not have turned up as no one could hear a word they said.
You must have to be on drugs to watch tripe like this, an all time low for televisual entertainment.

Total rubbish, nearly as bad as b********Y CORONATION STREET how long and how many more years have we got to watch this moronic and
mind numbing trash, oh I nearly forgot the other load of tripe EASTENDERS.
I may be wrong, mostly because I don't watch it, but did the tram fall off the viaduct?
Didn't the viaduct burst many years ago and flooded the steet because it carried a canal?

Morning all,
beautiful morning here, as for television I stopped watching it about 20 years ago and only watch it rarely if there is a good old film showing. If it was not for the wife I wouldn't bother having one in the house.

I love x factor..............Bah Humbug to all the old moaners and me brain cells aint dead yet.
Also I am not on drugs........well not all the time anyway LOL
Signman,
Sounds like they are worried about the possibilty of the lights becoming detached and falling on someone.
If that is the case I don't see where the electrician comes into it. If a council wants to perform an electrical test on someones domestic premises then Part P of the building regulations gives them the right and the responsibility to do so, but, they have to carry it out at their own expense and not at the expense of the householder.
If it isn't an electrical test then surely they should send a structural engineer to report on how securely the lights are fixed to the building, again at their own expense.
I find it incredible that the police can't act to prevent the certainty of a crime whilst the council can act to prevent the merest remote possibilty of an accident.

Never watch it myself but I don't think the show cares much about the contestants so long as the phones keep ringing and Cowell and the rest of the crew get richer . One or two of the contestants may make some money over a short time but nothing compared to the earnings of the talentless panel .
