not a bad day thanks..expect for someone standing at a bus stop who splattered me with hot coffee..blithering idiot turned round sharpish and i copped it...wished i had got me mallets with me..

I managed for so many years on a couple of hours a night, that I am making up for it now. It's amazing how quickly you can get into the habit of being a lazybones.

phil i agree with you there..im finding it harder to get out of me bed these days...could be as im sleeping better or there again it could be down to the cold weather....

Been outside all day working, very mild, had a few drinks in the Zone, just got in and now having Steak and Kidney pie (homemade of course)
and then will be bored out of my brains as usual, don't let anyone tell you retirement is good, because it's not.

Morning all,the snow has been,not too much but very cold.We do not have cavity walls ,our old house was built about 1800 so it is a battle to retain heat,three layers on this morning LOL.

morning den...its very cold here..biting wind..make sure you wrap up well if going out...termal socks..long johns.gloves.. hat..etc etc etc..the more layers the better...although your house is hard to keep warm i would still love to live in something with a bit of age to it...
