Phil, I was in the RAC for about 12 years, I even had the top level of cover at the end, with hotel accomodation and all that stuff because I was travelling the country all the time. I even had the radiator badges and the hotel guide and maps. I left them in the end because I was a bit slow responding to their annual demand for money and then received what amounted to a threatening letter. The things that were going to happen to myself and my car was unbelievable, not the sort of people I wanted to continue to do business with even though the patrols always did me a good job. Then I went to the AA and now I'm back with the RAC because it is included with My M&S insurance. VM

well ive had quite a good day today...ive not done much at all...mind you i didnt sleep that good last night and just when i was doing good..hoping to get a few hours tonight though...
I'm glad you've had a good day, sorry you're not sleeping, if I can't get off to sleep its usually because there is something on my mind. My way of dealing with this is to count backwards, it takes my mind of things. I start at 1000 if I lose my place or mess up I have to start again. It soon sorts me out. Personally I've had a rubbish day today, I'm really cheesed off. Goodnight
