If he did know he had blackout's and carried on without telling the DVLC,he should face manslaughter charges.

A standing disgrace

#25 by Sheldonboy , Mon Dec 07, 2015 8:09 pm

A report has been published stating that the bin lorry driver who caused such destruction and death. Is to be privately prosecuted by the victims family.
Why was this lying character not prosecuted by the authorities, saving the relatives a lot more grief?

He should have been locked up after telling lies
about his health to gain employment as a driver

I agree, though , as i doubt that he is a completely immoral person, he must be going through hell both mentally in himself and from external contempt of those around him

Driving HGV's is a skill and a highly regulated job. All drivers should know the rules and many lose their licences for lesser crimes than this. Especially when peoples safety and lives are involved. From what I have read about this man, throw away the key springs to mind.
