I have stopped work for the following reasons.
a I was hungry
b I was thirsty
c I was knackered
d I was in the middle of a thunderstorm
e Because I could.

I will only accept your last excuse., being hungry and thirsty is not sufficient reason, haven't you heard of eating and drinking on the move, and as for being knackered -what's the country coming to.

They're good enough excuses for me old boy. It's just slowing to a downpour now so I may make a move soon.

Phil, when I wrote that I was the only passenger on the bus, so I think I was reasonably sure.

Don't tell me they run a special bus just for you?
