My favourite comic in the sixties was Boys World. There were only 89 issues before it was taken over by the Eagle and I had every one.

See http://www.26pigs.com/boysworld/ . SB is not the only fan. Apparently isue no 1 , with free compass , would be worth £40-50.
SB don't upset yourself by going to http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/boys-world-comic and seeing what they fetch

I remember my dad being demobbed, for weeks he had been saving his sweet ration ,they got one in the army apparantly, this was all in a little box he made out of ammuniton boxes. When he came home he opened this box, told us help yourselves take a couple we couldnt believe it. Also some time later he gave me a compass he carried with him ,he said incase he got lost,i still have that old compass,it dosn't work anymore but money wouldn't buy it.
