Here is a list of that firms depots in 1956. Presumably it is the Farm st one ( between Hunters vale & hunters Road) you were thinking of

jo please dont worry about it..i am having more senior moments lately than i would like and you were close enough anyway mike thanks for info and just off the top of my head looking at the number in farm st where the dairy was ive got a feeling it was not far from the queens head pub ...mike when you have time i wonder if you could post a map please showing its position...i am just going to have a look though my old farm st photos... thanks mike..

Lyn I reckon the depot must be the area in blue on the c 1955 map below. Looking at google maps I reckon this must now be at view below.

hi mike i was right then...looking at your map it was only about 3 up from the queens head corner of farm st and hunters vale...shame ive got no pics of that end of farm st... many thanks for your help mike lyn
