JJB sports shop closures 2200 lose jobs, always a sad time, I have been through it twice myself.

yes very sad news indeed....dont know when you were last made redundant SB but these days if it happens its so very hard to find another job...gone are the days when you could walk out of a job one day and find another the next....

What makes it worse is most of these are kids on very low pay.

I suppose this will happen when you try to corner the market by selling things cheaper than the competition. My wife was always in JJB's buying clothes and shoes for the grandchildren. Well one mans disaster is another's blessing.
