Second homes in london

Will it include MP's, all who have got second homes in London?

I see no reason why anyone should have second homes. i would hope that it would include Ms, but doubt it. I gte the impression from the article that the idea is aimed at foriegners. As a large proportion of those who do buy second homes in the UK are probably crooks looking for a bolthole (politicians, mafia, gangsters, financiers and the like) then they would seem to be a particulalrly admirable target for any law.

I would like to know constitutes a second home.
If I own two houses and live in them both, either one could be the second home.
If I don't live in one of them very often then it isn't a home.
Is an unlet "buy to let" a second home?
Would a married couple or a string of related businesses count as a single entity when applying the restrictions?

none of this will come about, the libs (bless them) can say what they like at their conference or in the news, but the tories just take no notice of them and do their own thing anyway. they are just voting fodder.

I vote that we make all MPs redundant. We could then take on agency MPs at a much cheaper rate, say for example minimum pay.
When it comes to mealtimes they could be given twenty minutes. They could be given a uniform which they could be charged an arm and a leg for. They could also be taxed out of their pittance. Then have to walk home because the buses or trains arn't working or they can't afford the fare.
COS THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT EVERYONE ELSE ISN'T IT.
