Uni Fees Climbdown

Another climbdown from the Tory's, David Willitts said yesterday that extra Uni places could be freed up for those who would pay the same level of fee of those students from outside the EU. In other words those students from rich families who had lower grades would be able to get in to Uni. In fact a return to the former glory days of the rich & privileged.
Today however after an uproar he is saying that these places would only go to those students sponsored by companies or charities and that applications would not be accepted from private individuals. That not what he was saying yesterday.
