Well had a strange day so far.........did not want to get up.felt so tired almost as if I was drugged.Had to get up to take the dogs out.......had to force meself to do it ,feel right out of it.

Had my flu jab yesterday as they finally had some more stock.....could it be that I wonder ??

I think that is most likely Denise. Some people don't notice anything but others do. Better a bit of discomfort than a bad dose later though

No you have got it all wrong, doing anything in moderation is a waste of time. If you are going to do anything always go all out. Then at least you will know you have done it.
