Morning all,
I ended up in the pub as I do when I have nothing to do.
It's a very bright frosty morning here on the costa del Brighton,I was thinking of paying a flying visit to Brum in the next few days, and then I had an e-mail late last night from Sarah Lu regarding the Westbourne pub,looks like a start is on the cards.
So, well laid plans of mice and men....

I'm just reading about this attempted robbery in the paper, what a plucky old girl.I'm just glad she never got hurt. I suppose the next thing you will see is David Cameron on TV saying how great she is and this is part of the "Big Society" he is on about. If the public keep this up he will be able to cut the police force some more.

Just got in from galivanting about, been a lovely day, started of with Hash, double egg, 2 toast and coffee at my favourite beachside cafe.
Ended up in Worthing, wandered around, browsed some old book shops, not much of interest, came back to load of e-mails about work.

Great photos John, its amazing how different Brighton can look in the winter. I suppose its the lack of crowds. I suppose you much prefer it during those months, I know I would.

Phil, only the first photo is Brighton, the other 3 are Worthing.
Yes, at the risk of sounding anti-social, I do not like people in landscape photos, you're just about to take what you think will be a nice shot, and some idiot pops up with a purple shirt and a lime green hat on.

If you are like me, I'm just anti social. I think given the least excuse people will spoil most things. Sorry about the beach photos, I don't know Brighton that well and it looks the same to me. though I have been to Worthing.

I must be honest, I thought all of the photo's were Brighton, It's many years since I visited Brighton. Volty and I were there around 1974 I think. Mind you he wasn't called Voltman then and I wasn't Sheldonboy. being young and innocent we had no use for alias's.

Now if it had been me in my youth then I would have only used my alias then, or what the kids today would call a street name.
