I have just seen a sad sign. The old. Angel on the Stratford Road is to be Ismails Steak House.

Most surviving pubs are turning to restaurants now. very sad.

Just got back from Portsmouth,beautiful sunny day took over a 100 photos,here's a sampler,will put the rest in an album tomorrow,in need of my chicken stew, which I made before I left this morning.

Gunwharf Quays has got to be one of the nicest and most accessable shopping centres in the country.
Shame about the prices for the dockyards.
