Though never a football fan. I used to use the Blues Club the one that was under the stands in the early 70's. It wasn't a bad drink there.

that part of the club was well used inthe late 60s early 70s for matches dances and supporters funtions so the beer and pipes were in decent nick . The bars in the ground are used once a fortnight during the season and the beer reflects that Phil

Morning,
After two days of heavy rain we have more forecast for today.
Not doing much today, putting more memory in my computer and generally giving it a good clean inside (dust etc.) then dismantle my keyboard
and clean all the gunge out of that (breadcrumbs and such).

Hello all,well had no sleep till 6.30 this morning with the pain from this tooth.In the end resorted to taking pain killer from the kidney problems I had a while back,they knock you out cold.I have only got two left though.So taking Paracetamol and I bufrofen through the day now and saving the others till night.Rang NHS direct for advice but she said no point finding me an Emergency dentist as with infection there not much they can do.

The pain is shooting along my jaw and into my ear,she said it was because the nerves are close ,something like that.

So got to keep taking the antibiotics and pray Wednesday comes quickly.

Any tips on pain releif??

What a moaner I am a but this is really knocking me about,always look forward to Saturdays and fed Up this one has been knocked out for me LOL

Tincture of Iodine painted on the tooth is supposed to be good. I always used to get hold of a bottle of whisky, take a mouthful and hold it on the tooth, It didn't do a lot of good but after many attempts and swallowing the whisky each time it knocked me out so I got relief in the end.

I think I may resort to the scotch soon Phil.

Had to go over to feed my friend's cat....got to go back again later to let him back in.Jim said he would do it but he does not know the routine.I would rather he stayed in while under my care but they said ok to let him out and he wanted to go.

The cat that is ,not JIM lol
