Good for you Phil, technology is not all it's made out to be.
Going to bed to read the Tommy Dorsey biography, and relax after a hard day, done the Times crossword with Rachel, and now bored out of my brains, eating new spuds, mushy peas, and fish, good night all.

night john....and phil i agree its a good idea to hang onto any old retro stuff you have.. my lads still have old games and consoles from 20 years back....its raining quite hard now..glad i got in before it started....

Yes thanks Lyn, you wouldn't believe how difficult it is trying to get a nice present for someone who can't see and has everything she needs. We settled for nightwear, but of course you can't do that every year.

I only wish I had held on to my 1k ZX81 the first real programmable computer, now that will be worth something in years to come.
