Hi there.
Thanks for accepting me onto the forum.
Looking forward to having a good look around.
Particularly interested in the old pubs thread as I grew up in Neston Grove, Stechford with my back garden overlooking the Richmond Bowling Green.
Sadly the Richmond, like so many pubs is now just a memory.

We have a thread for the Richmond… Richmond Pub folk in 1950's-60's
It is also mentioned in various other threads, our search facility will help if it is working.

I thought someone I used to know lived in Denton Grove but now I wonder if it might have been the elusive Neston Grove, or perhaps I knew someone in each grove at different times.
