I have a set of tithe maps for Yardley, which I think I got from the John Jones archive.
He was headmaster at George Dixon Junior School and wrote a marvellously detailed history of parts of Birmingham. I don't know if any files for Erdington exist, or if they are available on the internet, but as the files for Yardley do exist then I would suggest locating those first and then attempt to find files for Erdington by association. They may not be what you want but it it would be a step in the right direction.
