Hello

Came across this forum when I was searching for history of Selly Park and the Avenues, where we have just bought an Edwardian house.
Not originally a Brummie (the wife is) but moved here in 1972 and been here ever since, apart from a short break in Warwickshire, and having lived in Spain for the last 7 years.

I see you have settled in quite nicely and I look forward to your continued input.
We get many new members who never even bother to log in let alone post anything.

I'm afraid a lot of the time Facebook is destroying forums. On my car forum the membership has dropped by half from around 1500 in the last few years .....
