hi tca the difference between your tickets and ours is that they dont ask us to register our names and addresses so if one is found in the street anyone can claim the prize...6 weeks into the health lottery i won £500 and as volty said the larger prizes require us to send in our winning ticket this is after phoning them up so i scanned my ticket and sent it to them via recorded delivery so that it has to be signed for the other end...
