Work for your pension

#1 by Sheldonboy , Wed Oct 24, 2012 9:15 pm

This must be another joke, most people have already worked hard enough for their pension.
How about sorting our benfit claimants who have never contributed to the system. Scroungers are not welcome. We know some people havn't been able to work to to health etc. But there are many who just want to milk us.

Baron Bichard is a joke, he has never done a days work in his life. Straight from being a Civil Servant into politics and then to the upper house. The reason why he hasn't retired to his two well protected pensions is because all he has to do is to stagger into the House of Lords each day. As that is expenses only I suppose he looks on that as voluntary work, but he does get paid for any committees that he is on.

Do you think Bitchard is the male form of "bitch". The trouble is there are all sorts of peculiar people who think it clever to propose these stupid ideas, A few years ago it was some bitchess proposing that women saved the country billions by doing unpaid housework (forgetting the many single and married men that have to do it also). No doubt , if he wasn't a bit ancient and decrepit himself, he would be advising euthanasia to relieve the country of part of its burden.

He talks of incentives when he means blackmail.
Where's my incentive to continue paying into the system now when I will have to continue working in order to benefit from my years of contributions?
If I ever get to retire I intend to spend my free time how I choose.

Again it is the freeloaders who will suffer the least.

I don't know anything about the set up, but I would hazard a guess that the employers are not too pleased about this new pension set up either.
