Certainly not the Cream

I just had to mention this that I spotted whilst following Mikes link. Peaches Geldhof had a slight accident and her baby's buggy was upended. The thing that I noted was even with her baby hanging out of the pram, it didn't curtail her phone call.

Phil you can be so insensitive, don't you know phones are far more important than babies.

Well I suppose babies are more easily replaced and they are free.

Don't be silly you two. The three pictures tell a simple story:
1 She drops baby.
2. The Twit sends tweet to her Twitter account about it
3. One of her followers phones her to say how wonderful her tweets are, and how they wished they were as much of a twit as her

Of course if she hadn't been on the phone in the first place and was paying attention to what she was supposed to be doing then the accident would never had occured, pothole or no.

I have lost count of the number of times I have seen people with pushchairs paying more attention to their phone than they are to their surroundings.

But at lelast she is not likely to harm anyone other than herself and her child, whereas the morons that drive with their mobile phones clamped to their ears can cause untold damage to others.Mind you i have seen it said that long conversations with passengers can also cause great loss of concentration , and i would agree with that. This is excellent grounds for prosecution of wives who do not keep quiet in the car !

The thing I hate most about pushchairs is when those in charge of them just push them out in the road in front of them as if the pushchair has some magic quality that can stop a car dead in it's tracks.

That Phil, is exactly the sort of thing I was referring to.
My car weighs just under two tons and rarely gets above 35mph but it still needs me to tell it to stop.
How am I supposed to do that whilst eating a sandwhich, talking on the phone to New York, combing my hair and tweeting my homies?
