Click on the individual lottery companies....I don't see any claims that they donate to the health service.

They do say that 20p in every pound is donated to local Health related good causes, thats near enough for me. I'd much rather a hospice or similar get the money than some foreign visitor getting cheaper seats to see the opera or ballet.

You would do better donating your money to the Hospice they would get the lot.

As a matter of fact I do, I have a monthly standing order made out to the Acorns Childrens Hospice. ever since I stopped doing the National Lottery.
