They disturb the peace. That used to be a criminal offence in the days when we had police on foot.

The modern copper, I refer of course to the part time loser at Stechford, lives in a fancy car with air-con and a music centre, it doesn't see or hear anything.
If it did it couldn't possibly fail to notice the fireworks exploding on its manor at 2am, most days.

Horses should never have been taken to war, it wasn't their fault some Austrian knob got shot.
