University Pensions

I'm going to back these University staff all the way. I am never going to University again.

The administration of universities is grossly overmanned and overpaid , whereas those who actually do the work of teaching are often on short term contracts on relatively small salaries. Much like other industries and government departments

A 17% rise for buggaring the pension up.
What would he get if it was in credit?

When I do my job I don't get excellent money for doing a crap job, really marvellous money for doing it nearly right and untold riches for getting it right, anything less than perfect could kill someone.
Shifting other peoples money about is risk free and relatively stress free. It should be a fixed wage for good results and the sack for anything less, not a never ending increase in a share of the product.

How can they need so many staff and why pay them so much?
It's just another pleb funded gravy train.
They are all afraid of leaving the education system, I have no time for any of them.
Shut the universities, make the whole lot of them go to work.
