Is The Law an Ass? Well its pity its not a dog or a cat, at least in Birmingham anyway! If it were it would hand out a more harsher sentence for this sort of crime.
I read she cried crocodile tears in court, but I don't think it was for the suffering her animals underwent it was probably the thought that she might possibly go to prison.
