NHS Needs A Big Slap Down.

Who do the NHS chiefs think they are?
What right do they have to issue fines?
They even think they can treat the phoney fine as a debt and send in debt collectors, who are the real criminals and fraudsters, without recourse to the courts.

The people defrauding the system don't care about fines and debt collectors, they are untouchable. It's the honest that suffer, yet again.
It's about time fines were legally limited to being issued by the courts, that's what they are there for.
Local authorities shouldn't be allowed to issue fines either, they have no system of due process, justice or accountability, yet they think they are above the people they work for.
