I think most eggs in this country are british (which are not affected), probably a result of the outcry years ago about salmonella. Aldi seems to havea problem abroad. am not sure bout eggs, but know they claim much of their fresh products are now British. Don't think there is much to worry about. Certainly from now on the precautions that are being taken should ensure that future supplies will not be a problem
