These bloody kids have got to be stopped. So they don't carry guns (most of them) they don't carry bombs (most of them) but in terrorising the local population and using violence, that in my book makes them terrorists.
We know how to deal with terrorists don't we.

This is nothing new, it's been going on for years. It used to be most common in some foreign tourist resorts.

This is a fairly new thing here. it seems all Yobo's have to pull wheelies when they are shooting down the road on their stolen bikes. Any kid over four years of age has to ride down the middle of the road or pavement, pulling wheelies. Bloody little mongerels.
