Pavements, not exactly a product, I know, but we used to be able to walk along them without being knocked down by cyclists (lorry fodder) or having to climb over cars, (ignorant morons).

Instead of you old moaners remembering things that were bad. Try casting your mind back to the mini skirt and hot pants. Not wearing them (unless you are female or that way inclined) but the great sense of enjoyment that they gave us males looking at them being worn.

I suppose I should be careful what I say.
I told one of the neighbours about my hobbies the other day and now none of them will speak to me.
Stamp collecting, strangling animals, dressing up in womens clothing, etc, etc, you know the sort thing, well it turns out that stamp collecting isn't very popular around here.

Sunday night special.
Tinned Peaches with Carnation Cream (I know) and bread and butter.

No, this is not a figment of my imagination, it's a page from the latest Morrisons magazine.
I love marmite and can't wait to try this .

Hi John

I have an old jar of Marmite in my larder that has been there for about 25 years. If you like old Marmite you can have that. Its a bit green round the edges, but you can soon scrape that off. It's a certainty I will never eat it. Horrible stuff.

Surely that says something, "if something ain't broke then don't fix it". Even the makers must have thought it tastes horrible.
