evening all...like an idiot i put our johns works boots on the 2nd step up the stairs while i mopped the tiles..forgot to put them back..went to bed..forgot to put the bottom landing light on..got up for the loo at 5 never saw the boots down went i...swollen and red above me big toe..painful and im hobbling around

i know joe...could have been worse..its above the toe and underneath me foot thats painful...must also remember to take more water with it
