Perhaps seaside reastaurants, in this case read chippy, should stay out of business if they can't avoid catching fire. It's not them I worry about, it is the landmark buildings and piers these morons are allowed to operate in or near. Quick buck in the summer then who cares what happens next. Start again next summer. It's the same in Spain and Portugal. Some of this building is described as derelict, hardly a proper place for a proper restaurant anyway. Let's hope it stays out of business for the benefit of future neighbours
