Okay, I'll dust off my original intro. It still works pretty well.

Location: Just outside the Olympic National Park in Washington, USA.

Things I have done: navigated submarines, run a metal-stamping press, picked fruit, floor-hand on an oil-drilling rig, draftsman, computer programmer

Likes: books, music, artwork, cats, hiking, software that actually works, nifty web bulletin boards ...


And I've already been offered, at different times, apricot brandy, fairy bread, French 75, scumble, dwarf bread and wintergreen cookies. Thanks folks, but no more. I'm getting full.

I hadn't seen those, whenever I come on line normally, all new posts are highlighted and I check them all out as a rule. I suppose if someone had answered them I could have missed the previous post. I really must be more thorough in future, but if anybody sees any spam on the forum could they please report it to me by PM in case I miss it.
