OH MY GOD

Face book closed down for Two and a half hours yesterday, It's a wonder there wasn't mass suicides.
Still could be worse it could have been Brummies Talking. That would have been really serious.

Why did it close?Did the engine pack in LOL??????????????

Would really miss our little forum so keep it well oiled.

Obviously couldn't FACE all the people whose privacy it had mucked around with.

Facebook is private if you want it to be......you can block people and only welcome on friends you want.This is why I do not understand how people get into bother with it.

I know nothing about facebook other than what I have read in the newspapers and seen on the TV along with comments I have read on other forums. I'm afraid I have formed an unfavourable opinion from what I have read.

I know its wrong to form an opinion this way but I think having read more in opposition than for it, I am of a mind that they can't all be wrong.

Phil, I have tried Facebook, I think it's total rubbish, I don't recommend it to anyone especially for their kids. If I had a child I would set up a forum such as this for them and their mates and monitor it. SB

I don't use Face Book, But I have accout that.
When I feel sad or funny I usually write at the Blog.
Now, I thinks I like write at the forum.

Yes I prefer forums to Facebook but it is a good way to keep in touch with people.

just to add my ten penneth..ive had loads of people try to get me to join facebook over the past 3 years and though i accept that used correctly it can be most useful i personally would not touch it with a barge pole...
