According to central news the wall was stacked concrete blocks one and a half tons each ,holding back a pile of scrap metal ,these fell on the men plus a large amount of metal.They had no chance under that lot.

And the reporter said a man had his arm broken in a machine in 2012 ,health and safety are carrying out a full investigation .could be closed down ,will have some compen 'to pay out to their families. could be court if proved to be negligent.
I'd have thought that a wall of concrete blocks just piled up on each other without anything joining them together, even if they were a ton and a quarter weight, was a bit dodgy for holding back tons of scrap.
i agree mike that retaining wall looks very flimsy to me...this is the 3 incident this company has recently had...reckon they must be bought to book on this one..the owner was in spain at the time..
