No but any petition with over 100,000 signatures the Government have to look at it, as I understand it. As most of the overpaid in Whitehall want to stay in, they may just allow it.

I was always against leaving astwood, but with regards to your question, even before the result, th eScottosh obviously thought it was best of three, or then 5, or then 7. With those leading the out campaign , if they had lost it would have been the same. Thing is now people have told the EU to F.. off, then any request would get the same answer back
